A new build has arrived on beta realms, allowing folks to finally reach level 90! In about 7hrs or so, I quickly leveled 88-90 finally accessing the last branch of the talent tree.

Some of these abilities are severely under-tuned and will probably be buffed in the next build in the weeks to follow.

Streaming on Twitch.TV, YouTube!?

We are going to be streaming once more on June 4th to allow you viewers in-depth access in our process to theorycrafting Mistweaver Monks.

Finally hitting the level cap, gives us time to focus on providing you with dungeon and raid videos from a Mistweaver Point-of-view. While it has been long overdue, we hope to provide you with the very best content on our YouTube channel in the next week or so!

Diablo III News

We’ve updated our Demon Hunter section finally with the proper stat priority, weapon choice and our recommendation for abilities & runes. You can check it out here!

For the past week, I’ve been trying to get some insight on what to change for the “Mistweaver Guide and FAQ”. I’m not sure if anyone else has run into this issue(Queues being broken, wait times upwards of 4-5hrs), has put the revisions on hold  and I’m hoping this will be fixed pretty soon.

While Diablo III is very fun and entertaining, playing it for 10+ hrs a day since release makes it a bit repetitive. I’m still learning both Demon Hunter and Wizard for Hell & Inferno difficulties.

I’m hoping that E3 will provide us with some Mist of Pandaria cinematic footage or even more details for this expansion.

Diablo III News

I’m going to begin recording some farming techniques I’ve been using to farm 1k+ DPS  weapons and gear so you can figure out how to gear up for Act 3 and 4 of Inferno difficulties so stay tuned!

As promised, we’ve finally finished our week long Diablo III overdose! It was amazing from start to finish and the cinematics were very much worth the wait! Whimsyshire, the “new cow level” was full of enjoyments, their was nothing better than slaughtering teddy bears and unicorns(evil grin). We’re going to begin updating our Demon Hunter guide in the next couple of days but will hopefully begin covering “Wizard” or “Barbarian” next depending if I can get my sleep schedule finally back on track. I’m going to begin playing on our recording computer and start up some (VODS) for those interested in watching us farm “Hell” and “Inferno” difficulty. Videos will also include tips on gold making and how to farm appropriately for tradeskill materials.

Enjoying “Whimsyshire” for the first time!

Mists of Pandaria News

Due to Diablo III finally being released and as a huge fan of the franchise, I had to take a step away from covering beta as its time consuming to catch up to leveling but also theorycrafting to supply you with an updated guide to  Mistweaver. Now that I’ve finally spent my full week away from beta coverage, I will begin hoping back on to check out whats new so stay tuned for more updates!

As for recording videos for our Mistweaver guide and dungeons, we are going to be putting the “Mistweaver Guide” video on hold due to Mistweaver changing dramatically almost each update and we will do so once it gets closer to being finalized.

So thank you for your continued patience and I hope we can continue to provide you with more Diablo III and Mists of Pandaria coverage in the weeks to come.

Following the launch of Diablo III, I pulled a 27hr session as a Demon Hunter with a couple of guild-mates. I really enjoyed the sections of “Act I” that I haven’t been able to do myself, not to mention the cinematics that are top notch quality that only Blizzard could provide. I’ve kept myself in the dark when it comes to any spoilers related to D3 and I’m glad I did. Zerging to face Diablo in the final act head on was worth the wait.

I’ve reached 39 Demon Hunter on Day 1, obtaining my first legendary, and cant wait for the “Hell” and “Inferno” difficulties to grind my eyes out to.

Now what does this mean for EndGameTactics.com?

Possibility is doing a class breakdown for difficulties such as Hell and Inferno and group recommendations. This includes VODS uploaded to YouTube.

We are in the home stretch to Diablo III finally being released! It’s been 11 years since “Diablo II: Lord of Destruction” hit the shelves in 2001. I would re-install it from time to time, but the graphics were drastically out of date, making it hard to play with how much technology has improved over the years. While I’ve been a huge fan of both the Warcraft and Starcraft Universes, nothing will touch the amount of time spent playing Diablo I and II growing up. From the exciting gameplay, to the truly epic music scores from composer “Matt Uelmen”, you could spend countless hours either solo or with a group of friends doing Baal runs or challenging your skill in hardcore and not even notice it.

While the wait has been too long, after receiving my beta invite and playing that following week, the wait was worth it.

Diablo III will still feature NPCs such as Deckard Cain but will also include new faces such as Leah(Cain’s niece) but also two surviving lesser evils, Azmodan and Belial. If you are looking for something new or a returning Diablo fanatic, Diablo III will hopefully provide endless hours of gameplay. I highly recommend you pick up yourself a copy and explore the world of Sanctuary.

There is one more day of testing the Secret World and we have 3 codes left! We’ve resolved our database issue and we thank you folks for continuing to support End Game Tactics.

Mists of Pandaria News:

We are going to start doing videos on Temple of the Jade Serpent, Stormstout Brewery, and Shado-Pan Monastery with a Mistweaver POV throughout the next couple of days.

If all goes realitively well, we can give you guys that weren’t fortunate enough to secure a beta invite, a chance to see a Mistweaver in action very soon!

“Mistweaver Monk Guidelines and FAQ” has been fully updated for Beta Build 15688!

While this has been a bit delayed(Due to the mouseover macro issue), I finally got it finished just in time for our Secret World livestream and the D3 launch party!

This latest update to the guide includes

  • Latest changes to the Jade Serpent Statue
  • How-to-use Enveloping Mists
  • An additional Burst Rotation

Are you going to play Diablo III on Tuesday? If so, what are you doing to prepare to fight the forces of hell?

This weekend, “The Secret World” from producer Funcom, will be lifting their NDA on their upcoming MMORPG for the weekend.

The Secret World

“The Secret World” is set in the “modern day real world” but also incorporates pieces of ancient mythologies, real and false history, urban legends, and pop culture, and ties them into an original back-story. Someone is finally willing to take a huge leap and stray away from the overused super fantasy genre most MMO’s follow.

We will be giving away a total of (5) weekend beta keys throughout weekend.

Requirements needed to qualify:

  • Be tuned in during our live-blog beginning on May 11th!
  • You must leave a comment below.
  • That’s it!

These codes only last May 11th - May 13th so make sure you follow the requirements above!

Reminder:  We begin livestreaming Diablo III around 02:01 AM CST/03:01 AM EST/12:01AM PST on March 15th!

We’ve finally opened up our Wizard guide to the public!

Head on over and check it out here!

Just a reminder for those wondering about Artisan coverage, we will being covering both Blacksmith and Jeweler once Diablo III goes live!

When I first started streaming on Twitch.TV, I was focused on only providing Mists of Pandaria Mistweaver coverage and I want to stick to that. While I would love to stream the other games I play(D3, League of Legends, Tribes, BF3 and more..) my computer setup is severely outdated and limits my options to only Warcraft.

That being said, we can only hope the monk mouseover bug is finally fixed within the week so I can provide you guys with some more Mistweaver Q/A and live coverage.

Till then, we will begin streaming some classic Diablo II to celebrate the long awaited Diablo III release starting May 10th!
