Are your bags cluttered? Don’t worry, next week the Everquest II development team is delivering us tools to help stem the tide of item overflow!

From Everquest II:

Colette “Dexella” Murphy talks with Kenneth “Terrogaunt” Roecks about the new inventory abilities that will be launched with the update!

Colette “Dexella” Murphy:Players have already heard a little bit about bag sorting during the Podcast, but let’s recap. How does the new bag sorting feature work?

Kenneth “Terrogaunt” Roecks: The sorting process is essentially grabbing all of the items from your inventory and then checking each item to see what it is. It then groups similar items together in an “order of operations” method ( IE: All attuned gear is equipment, but not all equipment is attuned, so the attunement must be checked first.) to drop them into the destination bags in logical groupings. It makes use of this same system for picking up items now too! Say hello to a designated quest item bag!

EverQuest II is having a Double Experience Weekend! Starting at 12:01 pm (noon) Pacific on Friday, February 22, 2013, and lasting until 11:59pm Pacific on Sunday, February 24, 2013 so make sure you log in and take advantage of this to catch up on those last couple of levels or to grind AA’s!

Hopefully I can manage to boost up the EQ2 account up to “Gold Membership” so I can finish up leveling the Fury. I’ll be sure to stream if I can so make sure you check back as this post will be edited with any details on how to check it out or Follow our Twitch.TV which will notify you via email when we go live!

Managing to snag a legitimate copy of Adobe Photoshop, I decided it was finally time to redesign both the Twitch.TV channel & the website.

As I’ve announced on our Twitch.TV page later today(check out the updated info!), I’m officially done streaming World of Warcraft. What does this mean for the Mistweaver Monk Guide? It’s going to be decommissioned shortly before Patch 5.2. Feel free to hop in stream and ask any specifics.

The EverQuest franchise is something I’ve always been passionate about and very excited to see how EQNext will change the genre. That being said, you’ll being to see more content on the website related to Norrath!

Starting a short series in the weeks to come on our YouTube channel showcasing some not so popular MMO’s and some hidden gems that you may not know about so make sure to subscribe!

You’ll begin to see a flow of posts coming starting tomorrow so stay tuned!

Today is a big day for Mistweavers as we’ve finally received our first batch of nerfs.

With the changes to Mana Tea, Critical Strike is now an more appealing stat for Mistweavers. This is something the monk community have been slowly transitioning over to due to Mastery’s limited time frame.

Buffs to Soothing Mist should make it a more viable Chi generator. Here’s to hoping that we might have a viable option to the usual Jab spam.

Make sure if you haven’t, check out the Mistweaver Guide. Its been updated for Patch 5.1. Next on this list to be updated is the Gear list for those already raiding.

Please check out the End Game Tactics Armory and help supporting the website by purchasing gaming peripherals through us!

Developers over at War Z just released a new patch that should (hopefully) improve player experiences.

  • The entire map is now available.
  • Misc engine optimizations.

  • A language filter has been implemented for chat.

  • You can now see the amount of xp you get when killing Zombies.
  • Fixed some Zombie AI issues.
  • Fixed some crash issues.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed you to bind the windows and Esc keys.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed you to bind the same key to multiple actions.
  • Fixed bug that left the scope up when switching to
  • Fixed a bunch of animations.
  • Fixed the disconnecting bug.

I personally can’t wait for this patch as its including a handful of great features and a new portion of the map. You can watch us live over at TwitchTV playing this zombie infested MMO!

Stay tuned for our official review of “The War Z” and how it compares to the popular mod, Day Z.

We’re finally back to posting on EndGameTactics.com and I’ve come with good and bad news pertaining to the future of the website.

My love for MMO’s ranging from Everquest 2, Rift, The War Z, World of Warcraft, and everything in-between will never fade. As a result, you will begin to notice a lot of articles in the future that aren’t focused on just World of Warcraft.

My ultimate goal is to shine light on games that aren’t filled with millions of people logged into their world at any given time, and really showcase  why some of these games have more tighter & friendlier communities.

Also, we’re are now opening what we call, EGT Armory!

It’s practically our Marketplace where you can check out and purchase through us of course :) gaming peripherals that we personally use or highly recommend.

As for the Mistweaver Guide that this website is currently based around, is currently being updated in preparation of Patch 5.0 which will consist a handful of nerf and spell changes for Mistweavers.

Now for the bad news.

While this is something that’s going to take sometime to make the transition smooth, the guide over at MMO-Champion is going being to be taken down.

We’re also asking that if you enjoy our guides or posts, please help supporting annual costs for the website by donating. Any help is very much appreciated!

At the time of this post, we’re 7 hours away from launch and we’re very excited this is finally coming full circle. We’ve spent at least 5-6 months preparing for this moment and its here!

While we cant wait to stream for you folks, if you would like to support EndGameTactics.com , please head on over to our Twitch.TV page and follow us! Working towards partnership is important for us in the months to come so help us out!

Our Mistweaver Guide has been updated with a reformatted gear list section, recommended addons, and “Which Faction to choose first?”.

If you have a question relating to Monk on launch day,  head on over as we will always stay interactive!

Enjoy your first steps into Pandaria!

For those that haven’t checked out MMO-Champion, Blizzard finally released the official cinematic trailer.

The hype of Mists of Pandaria is finally coming along full swing and here at EndGameTactics, we’re very excited for this latest expansion!

We are preparing for release with a handful of videos to help those wanting to pick up Mistweaver on day one to ensure you can hit the ground running.

The Mistweaver Guide is missing a number of rotations(yes we read emails!) that are in the process of being added including gear lists once you hit level 90!

If you aren’t aware and would like to check us out live over at Twitch for some Mistweaver PVE/PVP LIVE, remember to check the status of the widget to the right!

Here at End Game Tactics, we are focused on making guides for games we enjoy playing.

We don’t want to be one of those sites that covers every new release.

This allows us to give you, the readers, the best information that we can provide with testing. This being said, we haven’t logged into Diablo III in quite some time. Diablo II was fun because you knew for the time you spent farming, you were bound to get a decent item that you could sell. This isn’t the case in D3, hours of farming result in items of little to no value.

This is by design to make players focus on using the GMAH(Gold-Money Auction House) & RMAH(Real-Money Auction House).

As a result we’ve decided to take down our Diablo III content for the time being. We are excited for Mists of Pandaria and GuildWars2 and hope you enjoy our coverage in the next months ahead.
